This presentation is to include the following:
- A summary of your campaign ideas
- A recap of your target audience and what it is you are wanting them to do to get involved
- How your project ideas/audience/focus has changed since the last presentation
- Your final campaign idea (including names, audience, 2 linked productions, slogan, logo etc)
- Show progress made so far:
- to include poster/leaflet plans,
- website design (or show us round the website so far)
- Storyboard for film - or (even better) show us some of your filming so far.
- Any other production work done (e.g. facebook page etc - you will have FB access as presentation will be done on my laptop)
- How all the work is suitable/specifically done to suit the target audience
- Link to the brief
- What your intended outcome will be
Remember to keep a close focus to the requirements of the brief - you are wanting to get PEOPLE involved with regenerating a local area - and a sharp link to the needs of the target audience.
This presentation is worth 1/3 of your total research mark.
Remember to try to create an engaging, detailed presentation.
No slide to have more than 20 words.
Visuals will be needed to demonstrate your progress.
Classmates will also offer feedback again.
Marking:
I will be marking your presentation on the following things:
- How well it is linked to the brief.
- How clear you are regarding target audience
- Clear understanding of the issue and your research.
- Good progress with suitable, relevant ideas to the campaign.
- Presentation style (just reading off the PPT or paper with little engagement will be less successful than eye contact with audience, notes, engaging visuals, clear speech).
